I have the Jabra Elite Sport earbuds. When I go to Bluetooth on Apple devices I see both “Jabra Elite Sport” and “Jabra Elite [SMART]”. I’ve had these for a while and always used the “Jabra Elite Sport” connection to listen to music and record my workouts, but I just noticed the Smart connection today. What is it, and why are there two separate connections? I couldn’t find any info on this on the web.

The “Jabra Elite Sport” is the regular BT connection used for music, calls etc. and the “Jabra Elite [SMART]” is the BTLE connection used for e.g. heart rate monitoring in a 3rd party app.
“Jabra Elite [SMART]” is not shown in the BT pairing list till the regular BT pairing has been finalized to avoid customers using the wrong one. cheers!
