I've created the Service interface to the Jabra device, like the example in the SDK

JabraSDK.IDeviceService service =  factory.CreateDeviceService(ProductID);
services.Add(service);
service.FirstScanDone += service_FirstScanDone;
service.DeviceAdded += service_DeviceAdded;
service.DeviceRemoved += service_DeviceRemoved;
service.TranslatedButtonInput += service_TranslatedButtonInput;

but any othe the registered events fires nothing when I press the buttons in the headset.

Am I missing something?

I found that you must set the HID Working State to GN_HID for the button events to fire:

device.SetHidWorkingState(HidState.GN_HID)

device.SetHidWorkingState(HidState.GN_HID)

Is not working.
The button press is not detected.

I've used also your "jabra sdk demo", set the property GN_HID but the "ButtonInDataTranslated" event doesn't fire.

Hello
Is this still an issue for you?

Yes, It's a two years issue you still haven't answered.

It seems that there's no way to detect the answer/call button press.

Can you send me a fully functional project in C# that can detect the button press?
It's VERY important for me.
We have purchased the Jabra because of the SDK, that is not working for this problem.
Thank you.

Ok.But you also have a ticket in the support system registered with a lot more information exchanged.
I will re-open that ticket and continue the support dialogue there.
(We can update this thread once we found a solution).
