Using the SDK test app, version 1.8.8.4. I'm using the Jabra Engage 50 + Link on firmware version 2.3.1. I've also tested on the latest 2.4.0 firmware, I see the same issue.

I go to the Call Control page, select Ringer, the device starts ringing as you'd expect. Then, unselect Ringer. The Engage 50 headset stops blinking (which is correct), but the Link device continues to blink . This continues for some long amount of time (which I haven't measured yet), or until I disconnect/reconnect the device, or set it OffHook. The logs look correct, Ringer state is toggling correctly. Same thing happens when using "Standard HID" and "GN HID". I'm seeing this on all my Engage 50 devices (3) since updating from 1.x firmware (which worked correctly fyi).

Any suggestions? Is anyone else seeing this

P.S seen on Windows and Mac

Hi,

Thank you for also reaching out in a support ticket.

I just wanted to add the comment here as well, that this is a known bug with the 2.X.X firmware for our Engage 50 devices.
We're working on a firmware update to fix this and expect to be able to release later this year.
