Hi Roland, can you please let me know which SDK you are working with? I suggest you try downloading one of the Demo tools we have available in the Windows Demo Apps section. In there you can try to trigger mute command and cross-check the output.

Hi Adrian,
can you please confirm if you have applied the patches included in the SDK for the given Linux Distro? Please also apply the Blacklist patch which remove the blacklisting on Speak 410. The FW difference on Speak 410 i have to follow up with the project team. But i dont think this should influence that much on the outcome.

Can you please let me know which SDK and version you are using?
The serial number you get from the function above is the electronic number provided by the manufacturer - this is not the same as what is printed on the product label.

Can you let me know the purpose for obtaining the serial number labelled on the product?

Hi Adam,
unfortunately thats not possible. If you are running on Windows then you need to check volume/audio related items with the Apis provided from the OS.

Ok Mathias,
currently its hard to tell what might be the issue. Can you let me know version of Pro 9450 as well?

Also provide me the crash dump files - that will be good as well.

can you please let me know the version numbers the pro 9470 and pro 9450 are running? You can check this by connecting the device to a Windows machine running Jabra Direct application.
