The 220 product is not designed for call control purposes but rather to add support for an analog (Quick Disconnect based) headset to connect to a PC. Therefore the device will work as an audio device only. Hope this clarified your query.
Hi David, our team have identified a work-around for the issue.
Its described here:
http://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-resolve-ssl-certificate-warnings-produced-by-the-latest-chrome-update/

Hope you can use this as a temporary solution - until we have a permanent one.

Thanks

Hi again,
please download the sample code from the link below. This is setting volume from host to device.

Hi Krzysztof,
Can you please let me know if you have a different Jabra headset model you can use instead of the GN 2000 device? Im not sure whether the GN 2000 device is part of the supported devices with our new SDK, but at least application should not crash if not supported.

Thanks.
Mehmet
Hi Yan,
thank you for the question. I expect to provide example code of the volume control and hope this will clarify the usage.

Stay tuned.

Thanks.
Hi Iain,
the mute command is a toggle (on, off) from the headset and its final state need to be confirmed/set from the host. So depending on the 'mute state' you want reflected to the device you need to acknowledge with 2,5,0 or 2,1,0. For further information on signalling sequences you can look at the USB HID documentation which is listed in our SDKs/multiplatform section.

Thanks.
Hi Aurelijus,
we are in the process of releasing a new SDK to be used for browser platforms. The new SDK rely on the recently released SDK V2. It will be released in this week but currently it has some issues on the MAC platform which is currently being worked on. We hope to provide a MAC supported version of the new SDK soon.

Thanks
Mehmet
Thanks David for the detailed information. We are currently working on root-cause analysis, one alternative evaluated is if we can 'work-around' issue with a new certificate. I will let you know once we have some material you can evaluate.

Thank you and stay tuned for an update.

Hi Zhang, currently the Elite Sport device utilise on average pulse rate (short duration, the exact I can find if you need). Additionally we are working with RRI Data to be available in our upcoming SDKs (starting with Android followed by IOS). I cannot provide you the exact timeline for this but I can inform you that its currently being worked on.

Let me know if this answered your query.

Thanks

Hi David,
It seems like Chrome rel 58 exhibits this issue, and we will check if their are any workarounds from here. it seems that IE still works but we have to investigate for the other browser applications.

Stay tuned for an update.

Hi Iain,
sorry for missing this. Please let me know the type of solution you are working on and then i can help providing the best path for you to proceed with.
Generally speaking i will not recommend working on hidraw as your solution will likely be limited towards the Jabra headsets you have worked specifically towards - e.g. Speak 810. I suggest you look at our Linux SDK which will help providing a higher level of signaling 'flow' for you to focus about.

Look forward to hear from you.

Thanks
Mehmet
