Let me check with the SDK team. My first feedback is that a Pro 925 is originally intended to be used with a PC and Pro 920 is intended to be used with a Deskphone.

Let me follow up on this item.

Thanks
Mehmet

Hi Richard,
so you mean audio device manager indicates the headset correctly after reboot, while the SDK do not detect/indicate this?

Thanks
Mehmet
Hi Kim,
please let me know which headset they use? Also name of your solution would be good to know of.

Thanks and look forward to hear from you.
Hi Richard,
this sounds strange. Please let me know if the headset is correctly detected by the operating system (when the SDK has not detected it).

Thanks.
Hi Richard,
can you please re-check this item on the latest available WebSocket SDK V1.1.13279 and let me know whether issue persists?

Thanks
Mehmet

Hi Kim,
thanks for observing this. I didnt know this - the addition of devices is something we need to add in the SDK.
Can you please clarify your setup for me, this can help understanding reasoning for using the Link 30 solution, as its originally designed to be used with deskphones which have enabled USB HID support and not our C++ and .NET SDKs.

Look forward to hear from you.

Thanks.
Hi Andy,
thanks for reaching out, please address product related items to below portal;

Hi Travis,
thank you for the information. We made some changes some time ago making the Native HID compatible & visible towards Jabra Direct.

Thank you and let me know if you have additional queries.

/Mehmet
Hi Travis,
can you please let me know the version of Native HID SDK as well as the Pro 9400 you are using? The first part of the log you share is internal signalling towards our Jabra Direct application and hence that part should not be focused on in your application.

Thanks
Mehmet
Hi Noam,
thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately your scenario is not supported by neither of our devices or SDKs.

Let me know if you have additional queries.
thanks

Hi Anders,
sorry for the long delay.

Can you please let me know the version of Websocket service you have tried?
I just tried using 1.1.13279 and Jabra Pro 6470 and signaling worked fine the demo app.

Look forward to hear from you.

Thanks
Mehmet
Hi Mark,
the websocket service api is intended for PC usage. If your purpose is to enable call control functions to your deskphone i suggest you look into;

if your phone has an USB port;
USB HID specification or our Linux SDK (if your phone is based on Linux platform).

<a href="https://jabra.wpengine.com/windows/">USB HID at bottom</a>
or
<a href="https://jabra.wpengine.com/for-linux/">Linux</a>

w/o USB port e.g. if your phone has a 8-pin AUX port;
Take a Look at our Jabra IQ protocol;

please let me know if you have further queries.

Thanks

Hi Jan,
generally we have had good experiences with Samsung S4/S5 phones running on Lollipop the Nexus in contrary running Lollipop or later is not that optimal.

We strive to be compatible towards as many phones as possible, so if you stumble on anything - please dont hesitate to contact us.

Thanks
Hello Joseph, our patches will be submitted to the Linux kernel and hence will eventually be included in the distros.
thanks.
Hi Thomas, our .NET SDK is now available in 64 bit mode as well. Check it out in the windows section and let us know if you have any feedback.

thanks.
Mehmet
