Thanks JabraJohn1, my hope is to add maybe a TAPI event that I can use as a Boolean event when the call is answered by the agent to trigger the recording to start, then on disconnecting the call stop the recording. I have the VBA working with button events.

Hi I'm new to the forum and I'm seeking information on if it is possible to initiate a call recording start/stop through the Jabra LINK 860 audio streaming feature using VBA code.

We are using the Jabra LINK 860 in conjunction with an older PBX system that does not have call recording capability. I have been able to enable call recording with VBA code through the Jabra LINK 860 voice streaming as a manual process, but I'm looking to have the recording start without manual interaction from our agents possible from the Jabra LINK 860 device.

Any insight or assistance would be appreciated.
