Hi Mary,
can you let me know which Jabra products are affected by this observation and also if you can reproduce this with the demo application included in the SDK?

Please remember to acknowledge state transitions e.g. if incoming call is answered from headset, you need to return by setting hook = true and ringer = false. (Section 3.9.1 in the documentation).

Let me know if you have any comments and it worked for you.

thanks
Hi Thomas, thank you for the query, this type of product is currently not within our product pipeline. If you ask whether products exist i can confirm yes.
Let me know if you have further comments.

Hi Lukas,
sorry for missing this one. Yes please do share some logs of your machine. Just to be certain, when you e.g. press off hook from test application does the Pro 9460 change state (opens link?)

Hi Lukas,
i guess you have removed the device from the windows machine before taking the screenshot? The Linux window on the contrary seem ok. Raw Hid input is not filled (this is pr. purpose/design), but please try setting e.g. Off Hook = 1 or press on the hook button on your headset and see 'translated' box being filled.
All in all i dont think there is any issues with your setup/environment.

Let me know if you have additional queries.

thanks.
Mehmet
Hi Lukas,
thanks for the input. We will follow-up on this suggestion and return.

Thank you

Thank you for the question Thomas. To my knowledge we have not scheduled the preparation of a 64 bit version of the SDK. Let me check on this item and return to you. If you want we can continue the discussion by mail (developersupport@jabra.com) on functionalities that currently impacts the 32 bit solution for your application.

Thanks
Mehmet
Thanks Joseph,
i will provide your input to the Linux team.
Stay tuned for an update.

Hi Mary,
does calling of other methods work for you and only this (AvailableDevices) failing? Is it possible for you to share the code where you use this method with me? If yes, you can send it to developersupport@jabra.com

Thanks
/Mehmet
Hi Joseph,
thank you for the question and input. We expect to commit the patches to Linux team once the SDK gets final (scheduled in May) and the process might take some months before getting approved and incorporated to Linux kernel. Until then the work-around is to manually incorporate the patch. Let me know if you have any comments/timeline for your purpose?

feel free to share any input you have on the SDK.

Thanks and have a nice day.

Hi Joseph,
the availability is delayed for about one week. I expect to have it next week, stay tuned for more info next week.

/Mehmet
It is still being worked on - i hope to share a more precise timeline to you in the near future. Thanks.
Hi Joseph, thank you for your interest. Please let me know which jabra headsets you currently have tried and have available. For your information we are working on a SDK/API for usage on Linux, we expect to make it available end of March. Let me know if this will fit in your schedule and if you would be interested in it.

Look forward to hear from you.
Thanks.
Regards
Mehmet
