Q: What are the benefits of a registered membership?

A. Registered members can download SDKs and integration software from developer.jabra.com. As a registered member, you can also create support tickets. Registration is free of charge.

Q: What kind of support do you provide?

A: We offer qualified Developer Support for Jabra SDKs and integration software.

Example for Developer Support: You have problems integrating a library from Jabra SDK into your self-developed UC Client software.

Q: Do you provide general product support?

A: No, we do not. For product support, please go to Jabra Support.

Example for Product Support: You have problems updating a Jabra headset via the provided software Jabra Direct.

Q: Where can I find my Partner Key and the API Keys?

A: Log in to the Developer Portal first. Then go to the section Partner Key. It contains both your Partner Key and all API Keys linked to your company.

Q: Do you offer mobile SDKs?

A: Jabra currently does not provide mobile SDKs (e.g. iOS, Android).

Q: I have a feature request. How do i send this to you?

A: Please create a support ticket describing the feature in detail. Include a use case description. We are then happy to qualify your request and to further it into the development team.
