To create a Product Support ticket, do this:

  1. Click on the button "Go to Product Support" (linked below). This opens the overview page for product support.
  2. Search for your Jabra product. This displays a list of search results.
  3. Click on the matching search result entry. This opens the specific support page for your product.
  4. Click on the button "Contact Support". Now you can create your ticket.
