General Recommendations

General recommendations for an integration with Jabra devices are:

• Connect only one headset at a time.
• Integrate with Jabra SDK library. It reduces significantly the effort and the complexity of an integration.
• Always use the latest version of Jabra SDK library. Only these support latest devices and current features.
• Use Gen.3 of Jabra SDK if possible. It supports Easy Call Control which further minimizes the integration effort.
• Two or more active UC Clients on the same machine can interfere with each other. Choose your method of integration accordingly.
• Keep the number of active UC Clients at the required minimum.

Following these recommendations will save you time and effort.
