Building the Demo Application
In Visual Studio 2019 you build the demo application like this:
- Extract the .zip file of the SDK for Windows download.
- Go to the file /demo/src/Jabra-SDK-Demo.sln.
- Load the file into Visual Studio. Now the demo project is displayed in the Solution Explorer.
- Go to References in the Solution Explorer.
- Add a reference to JabraSDK.dll. This file is located in the path /library/[architecture]/ of the extracted .zip.file.
- If existing, delete the broken reference to JabraSDK from the Solution Explorer.
- Press the shortcut Ctrl+B to build the demo application.
- Plug in a Jabra device.
- Press Start button.
Now you can see the GUI of the Jabra SDK Demo application.
Working with the Demo Application
- Try out the available features.
- Look up the source code for the respective feature in the folder demo/src.
This will give you a good impression how integration works with SDK for Windows.
