Final Test
A final test confirms that Call Control for Amazon Connect is working.
Simply use Call Control for the final test:
- Call the telephone number for your Amazon Connect account.
- Answer the incoming call on the Agent PC by pressing the respective hardware button on your Jabra device.
- If the device has a busy-light, check that it displays a red light to indicate Busy status during the call.
- End the call by pressing the respective hardware button on your Jabra device.
A successful test confirms that your implementation works as expected.
