Final Test

A final test confirms that Call Control for Amazon Connect is working.

Simply use Call Control for the final test:

  1. Call the telephone number for your Amazon Connect account.
  2. Answer the incoming call on the Agent PC by pressing the respective hardware button on your Jabra device.
  3. If the device has a busy-light, check that it displays a red light to indicate Busy status during the call.
  4. End the call by pressing the respective hardware button on your Jabra device.

A successful test confirms that your implementation works as expected.
