Installation for Agent PC

You can either install the software for Agent PCs manually or via mass deployment.

Manual Installation (Windows and macOS)

On each Agent PCs you have to:

  1. Install the Chrome Host as a native application.
  2. Install the Chrome Extension for Chrome Host in the Chrome Browser.

Mass Deployment (Windows)

You need a seperate tool for mass deployment on all Agent PCs.

  1. Push the Windows installer file for the native chromehost (JabraChromeHost*.msi) to the clients with a deployment tools, This can be for example Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, IBM Tivoli or Symantec Altiris.

  2. Push the following registry key to the Agent PCs. This could be done for example by using a Group Policy or via Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
